Description:
After contest period, one new KOLD-DRAFT newsletter print or e-mail subscriber will be randomly selected to receive KOLD-DRAFT logo gear (including shipping; approximate retail value $42).

Decisions:
All decisions regarding prize awards will be made by KOLD-DRAFT, and are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Random selection of contestant requires at minimum the provision of a valid e-mail address. Winners will be notified by e-mail to their e-mail address at the end of the contest term. 
This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and agree to accept all decisions of KOLD-DRAFT with respect to this contest as final. 



Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries.

Exceptions:
Employees, Board members, and Advisors of KOLD-DRAFT and their immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings) are not eligible to enter.
