February 25, 2010—KOLD-DRAFT®, a leader in the manufacture of high-quality, high performance ice machines, provided one of their 560 Series Classic Ice Cubers to supply about 500 pounds of ice for two hours of cool cocktail-making demonstrations at the “Science of Cocktails" fundraising event at the Exploratorium at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco on Jan. 20.
