Dear Jeff,

I just wanted to take a moment to personally say thank you for your help with the University of Miami Hurricane's for the past several years. The "2001" National Championship was achieved with the help of you and Kold-Draft Ice Machines.

The Kold-Draft ice machines that we are now using have been superior to other units that we have used and have given us a tremendous advantage over the last several years. The ice is used everyday on the practice field to cool the water, post practice drinks and the players. Additionally, we use the ice to make "Ice Baths" for the players to sit in. The tradition has been on Thursdays during game week, the players sit in large tubs of ice water to cool down and refresh the body. We had a 34 game win streak, which was broken this year, and an overall record of 38-2 with this routine.

Jeff, your personal attention in servicing our Kold-Draft Ice Machine units has been above and beyond the call of duty, however, greatly appreciated.

I have a number of our other training rooms using the Kold-Draft Ice Machines as well. My Assistant Athletic Trainer's have found a great deal of consistency and durability of the units.

When a team is working to win a championship you must surround yourself with people and products that will help you achieve your goal. I know we have done that with you and Kold-Draft.

Thanks again for making the service calls to University of Miami and assisting my staff with the care of the Kold-Draft Ice Machines. I value the friendship and the service you provide.
